You’ll partner with stakeholders to deliver learning solutions and manage LMS processes, while promoting continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualificações

• Experience partnering with business areas to design and implement learning solutions.
• Ability to manage procurement, contracts and external vendor relationships for learning programs.
• Experience establishing and maintaining LMS processes for administering learning activities.
• Strong analytical skills with regular reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to continuous improvement through data-driven feedback.
