Qualifications

• Demonstrate experience partnering with business areas to deliver design, development and implementation support of contemporary learning solutions tailored to an organisation.
• Demonstrate ability to manage procurement, contracts and relationships with external vendors to ensure delivery of high quality learning solutions.
• Demonstrate experience in establishing and maintaining learning management systems (LMS) and processes for administering learning activities.
• Demonstrate analytical skills with the ability to prepare regular reports and data analysis.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and effectively influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement embracing a proactive approach to seeking feedback and making data-driven improvements.
