Job summary

Troocoo are recruiting for an experienced Principal Advisor (AO7) to lead workforce development and digital learning initiatives for a Queensland Government project. The role focuses on implementing leadership development, onboarding programs and improving digital learning experiences in a complex operational environment.

You will report to the Executive Manager and provide operational leadership across workforce capability initiatives, ensuring programs are engaging, accessible and fit for

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading learning and development initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience developing or improving digital learning content and onboarding workflows.
• Confidence facilitating workshops across in-person, online and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of leadership development, workforce capability and onboarding programs.
• Coordinate online, face-to-face and blended learning initiatives, including learning content, workshops and supporting resources.
• Oversee the enhancement of digital onboarding solutions, workflows and notifications using platforms such as SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Review and quality assure learning materials and digital resources to ensure they remain current, accessible and user-focused.
• Engage with stakeholders, subject matter experts and technical teams to coordinate delivery and drive successful implementation.
• Monitor participation, feedback and program outcomes, using insights to inform reporting and continuous improvement.
