Job summary

Charterhouse is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join a major Workday implementation program on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Sydney. You will be the senior SME for learning and performance, shaping how these processes are designed, configured and embedded across a national business.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex L&D initiatives in large organisations.
• Proven capability providing project management advice and reporting to senior leaders.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and functions to progress deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior subject matter expertise in learning and development and performance management, embedding best-practice principles across both functions.
• Lead requirements analysis and solution design for learning and performance processes, facilitating workshops and validating business requirements.
• Drive end-to-end process design to inform Workday configuration with program, technology and implementation teams.
• Provide input into data and content migration activities, including learning catalogue and performance templates.
• Gather feedback and evaluate training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
• Resolve complex process issues through expert judgement and evidence-based analysis.
• Lead national stakeholder engagement to achieve a consistent, standardized approach.
• Create, validate and approve materials to support testing, UAT and operations readiness.
