Job summary

Cognizant Australia seeks a Principal Consultant to bridge the gap between business and technical teams on Workday HCM projects, guiding transformation, implementation and ongoing operations. You will become a subject-matter expert across Learning, Recruiting and Talent modules and drive design, configuration and testing with senior client stakeholders.

You will lead facilitated sessions, recommend best-fit solutions, and manage data flows and integrations with payroll and benefits providers,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/HRIS or related field required.
• Certification in Workday HCM, Recruiting, Learning or Talent required.
• 2+ years Workday implementation experience preferred.
• 2–5 years HR, Payroll or financial software experience required.
• 2–5 years implementing functional ERP/SaaS solutions desired.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business and technical teams during Workday HCM implementations.
• Lead design sessions, configuration decisions and testing.
• Guide clients through transformation, implementation and operations.
• Configure integrations between Workday and payroll/benefits providers.
