Job summary

Edison Talent seeks an experienced trainer to lead learning and enablement for a large-scale Workday implementation across multiple sites. This contract role reports to the Training Lead and runs through January 2027 with potential extension.

The successful candidate will design and deliver role-based training, develop training materials, coordinate LMS activities, and provide post-go-live support while evaluating learning outcomes and iterating content based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Workday certification or equivalent (Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG experience also acceptable).
• Understanding of adult learning principles and change adoption frameworks (ADKAR).
• Experience with LMS and training analytics.

Trainer – People Experience Uplift Program (Contract)

We're recruiting an experienced trainer to lead learning and enablement for a large-scale HCM system implementation across a multi-site organization. This is a contract role until Jan 2027 (with review for extension s), reporting to the Training Lead.

What You'll Do:

• Design and deliver role-based training (classroom, virtual, on-the-job, eLearning) across diverse audiences
• Develop training materials, job aids, quick reference guides aligned with Workday functionality
• Manage training coordination, LMS administration, and attendance tracking
• Provide hypercare support and post-go-live learning resources
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and refine materials based on feedback

What We're Looking For:

• Workday certification or equivalent (Dayforce, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG experience will also be acceptable)
• Understanding of adult learning principles and change adoption frameworks (ADKAR)
• Experience with LMS and training analytics
• Comfortable with blended learning delivery and diverse audiences
