Job summary

Incito Business Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to be embedded within one of our client sites in the Wynnum and Capalaba region. The role blends customer service with technical IT support, involving work at both our Head Office and client locations.

Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of customer-facing IT support experience, solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, networking, Active Directory, and hardware installation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing IT Support role.
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer-facing IT support experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, applications, networking, software and hardware, and Active Directory.
• Installation and configuration of PCs, thin clients, servers, printers and network equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Client Support - Service desk support in the Wynnum and Capalaba region.
• System Maintenance - patching, updates and remedial works.
• Embedded team member for a key client requiring task management and prioritisation.
• Work from Incito Head Office and client locations.
• Be the representative of Incito to customers with a great attitude.
