Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking an experienced Tech Assist specialist to provide hands-on technology support across the bank, acting as the face of IT for users. You will resolve hardware and software issues, fulfil service requests, and assist new starters while coordinating with specialist teams on technical challenges.

You’ll also support meeting room AV, collaboration tools, networks and executive events, contributing to projects and continuous improvement across the technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing desktop support to end users across Windows, macOS and iOS environments.
• Experience with Jamf and Workspace ONE AirWatch / Apple Business Manager.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 11.
• Experience in Active Directory administration.
• Familiar with SCCM and Intune endpoint management.
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting using Power BI.
• Familiar with SysTrack for endpoint analytics and user experience management.
