Macquarie Group is seeking a skilled IT Support specialist to join Tech Assist, providing desktop support across Windows and iOS, Microsoft 365, and end-user services for a global banking environment. You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, assist with automation, and collaborate with multiple teams to improve user experience.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in providing desktop support to end users in Windows and iOS environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11.
• Knowledge of Python for automation, reporting and process improvement initiatives.
• Competent in Active Directory administration.
• Diligent with the ability to adhere to security, regulatory and compliance processes.
• Familiar with SCCM and Intune endpoint management.
• Experience developing dashboards, reporting, and business insights using Power BI.
• Familiarity with SysTrack for endpoint analytics, performance monitoring and end-user experience management.
• Ability to leverage modern tools and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency and user outcomes.
