Job summary

Network Insurance House (NIH) is seeking an Account Manager to join our Sydney CBD or Tuggerah branch. You will manage an established SME and professional services portfolio, service renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day client needs with high-quality insurance advice.

You will report to the Senior Account Manager and work with an experienced broker in professional risks. Strong knowledge across PI, liability, and other lines is essential, with a focus on client retention and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in commercial insurance broking or underwriting.
• At least 2 years in an Account Manager role within broking.
• Tier 1 Broking qualification essential.
• Solid knowledge of PI, General Liability, Business Package, Property, Management Liability, Cyber and Commercial Motor.

Responsibilities

• Manage an allocated portfolio of SME and professional services clients, including renewals and endorsements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and advice.
• Identify coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities to grow accounts.
• Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms and resolve coverage issues.
• Ensure documentation and compliance standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with servicing and new business teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
