Job summary

You will provide expert advice, lead client meetings and renewals, and develop long-term relationships with diverse corporate and SME clients in construction and marine sectors.

The role requires a sales-driven professional with insurance broking experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Experience with insurance broking across Corporate or SME Commercial clientele.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and interpretation.
• Exceptional client relationship management and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client relationships including policy renewals and claims.
• Provide high-quality advice and solutions and lead client meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of clients’ businesses to protect their needs.
• Mentor and assist in developing junior staff.
