Enertia Talent is partnering with a leading Australian infrastructure and construction group to secure major projects. We are seeking a Senior Bid & Growth Manager to join the Commercial & Bids team and drive winning tender strategies.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, competitive tenders, working closely with senior leadership to prioritise opportunities and manage the end-to-end bid process in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex bids within major infrastructure or construction.
• Ability to absorb technical and commercial information quickly to translate into bid strategies.
• Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage major infrastructure bids across energy, renewables, water and transport sectors.
• Assess tender requirements, identify key deliverables and develop competitive bid strategies.
• Coordinate technical, commercial, estimating and operational teams across the bid lifecycle.
• Establish bid programmes with milestones, deadlines and deliverables.
• Identify opportunities, risks and competitive advantages to strengthen submissions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop commercially compelling proposals.
• Provide clear direction and maintain momentum throughout the tender process.
