Enerven is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead end-to-end bid delivery for high voltage, transmission, renewables and telecommunications projects in Australia. The role reports to the Operations Strategy and Development Director and combines bid leadership (70%) with estimating (30%).

You will own bid strategy, lead the bid team, and ensure timely, compliant tender submissions while coordinating with design, commercial and project teams to secure opportunities.

Qualificações

• Seven+ years with complex, high-value tenders in energy, utilities or infrastructure
• Ability to craft compliant tender submissions under deadline pressure
• Strong commercial judgement to manage risk and costs
• Experience leading bid teams and stakeholder engagement

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end bid delivery across high voltage, transmission, renewables and telecommunications projects
• Develop and present bid strategy plans to the team and stakeholders
• Review detailed estimates of direct and indirect costs and evaluate subcontractor submissions
• Manage client and supplier relationships during bid phase and identify new opportunities
• Maintain bid database and reporting to lift win rate
