Job summary

WorkForce Software, an ADP company, seeks a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead customer implementations of Workforce Management software. You will gather requirements, deliver on-time deployments, and educate clients on best practices across multiple engagements.

The role requires strong communication, a client-facing mindset, and the ability to work independently while mentoring teammates. You will manage workshops, data migration, and system setup, while aligning with project timelines

Qualifications

Excel and Microsoft Office skills required, emphasis on Excel.
Ability to read/write SQL and write simple queries.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; customer-facing experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

Obtain and maintain certification in WFS Product Suite applications.
Gather and identify customer requirements; create BRDs, use cases and diagrams.
Educate customers on best practices in WFS/WFM implementation.
Lead client workshops onsite or remotely to demonstrate best practices.
Deliver projects on time and within budget by managing workload.
Maintain project status updates for stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams.
Mentor others and drive process improvements across the team.
Lead rollout and go-live activities, including data migration and system setup.
Understand labor laws related to time, attendance, scheduling and leaves.
