Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a Lead Implementation Consultant for Lyric HCM to drive successful client deployments and ensure high-quality payroll solutions.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders, and apply structured project methods to deliver on-time, compliant implementations. Qualifications

• 5+ years in an implementation environment with payroll domain
• Strong facilitation/coaching skills
• Ability to advise and influence internal stakeholders with actionable insights
• Experience applying project management methodology
• Experience in data mapping, data conversion and data integrity

Responsibilities

• Implement products and services within required timeframes
• Lead and motivate teams on client implementation projects
• Coach and mentor Associates in skills and processes
• Create and maintain implementation procedures
• Apply project methodology including planning, follow-up, reporting and QA
• Define client requirements and document/generate solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan functional and technical work streams
• Act as SME within implementation team for projects and initiatives
• Support development of implementation strategy and methodology
• Escalate and resolve complex payroll-related issues
• Stay updated with technology and regulatory changes related to the product
• Assist in data collection for implementation reports and error analysis
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate handover with Sales and Service Delivery for go-live
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and share learnings
