Job summary

ADP, a global cloud-based HCM provider, seeks an Implementation Consultant (Payline) to support the Implementation Manager. The role focuses on defining client requirements, planning work streams, and delivering payroll-related solutions within agreed timelines.

You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, apply ADP methodologies, and manage risks while ensuring high levels of service across clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience in an Implementation/Service Delivery environment.
• Demonstrated payroll knowledge, including Time & Attendance and processing.
• Experience with project management methodology and multi-project delivery under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with ADP management systems or enterprise reporting systems (CRM).
• Experience in build and configuration of products/systems.
• Ability to identify client risks and propose resolution options.
• Experience in data mapping/conversion and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Define client requirements, gap analysis, document and configure outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to plan functional and technical work streams.
• Provide best-practice solutions based on client business needs.
• Implement products and services within required timeframes.
• Communicate with client throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and resolutions.
• Apply project methodology: planning, follow-up, reporting, QA.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of seniority.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product tech and legislation.
