Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant, Payroll based in Australia. You will lead end-to-end payroll implementations for large enterprise clients, translating business needs into configured solutions and ensuring smooth project delivery.

You will drive data migration, integrations, and client training, while mentoring teammates and refining delivery processes in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering payroll implementations for enterprise clients in Australia.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll processes and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale implementation projects from discovery to post-implementation support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementation projects for enterprise clients in Australia.
