Job summary

CDC Data Centres is seeking a Senior ICT Support Specialist to deliver advanced technical support across hardware, software, and networks. The role blends senior service desk duties with systems administration to ensure reliable, secure IT operations, efficient incident resolution, and continuous service improvements.

You will work onsite in our Australian facilities, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to security and performance

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in senior Service Desk, ICT Support or Systems Administration.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint and Intune.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN).
• Experience managing ICT assets and participating in infrastructure projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced IT support for hardware, software, network, and end-user issues, including escalations.
• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents with accurate ticketing and communication.
• Administer and support core infrastructure (Windows Server, AD, DNS, networking).
• Manage ICT assets including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on projects and improvements.
• Provide leadership and mentoring within the ICT team.
