Job summary

CDC Data Centres Pty is seeking an ICT Support Specialist to provide advanced technical assistance across hardware, software, and networks while helping to maintain the organisation's IT infrastructure. The role combines senior service desk duties with systems administration to ensure reliability, security and performance across CDC ICT environments.

The ideal candidate has five+ years in senior ICT roles, strong Microsoft 365/Entra ID expertise, and a solid understanding of networking.

Qualifications

• Five years+ in senior service desk or ICT support roles.
• Strong Microsoft 365 suite and Entra ID administration.
• Experience with Windows endpoints, networking basics, and assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced IT support for hardware, software, network and end-user issues.
• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents and document resolutions.
• Administer core infrastructure including Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, DNS and GPO.
• Manage ICT assets (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices) and applications like Office.
• Lead and mentor ICT staff; collaborate with vendors on projects and improvements.
