Job summary

CDC Data Centres Pty is seeking an ambitious ICT Leader to direct a team of Systems/Network Administrators across NSW, ACT and VIC. You will be responsible for the security, reliability and efficiency of CDC's IT and OT environments, optimising BAU systems, processes and technologists through vendor management and optimization of assets.

The role emphasizes incident, change and problem management, adherence to ITIL, and delivering robust operating standards.

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience in large-scale IT/OT operations.
Deep knowledge of compute, storage, networking, virtualization and OS layers.
Hands-on OT environments experience (BMS, EMS, Security, SCADA, DCIM) is essential.
Proven ownership of incident, problem and change management (ITIL).

Responsibilities

Own the reliable, secure 24/7 operation of IT and OT infrastructure and network fabric.
Ensure performance and recoverability targets for corporate IT and critical OT are met.
Act as a senior escalation point for major infrastructure and OT incidents.
Own incident, problem and change management for infrastructure ops per ITIL.
Develop and maintain operating standards, risk appetites and change controls for IT and OT.
Prioritise OT safety and stability in maintenance decisions and separate IT/OT networks.
Provide clear leadership to the operations team and foster continuous improvement and customer focus.
Manage operational vendors and service providers and associated contracts.
