Job summary
Triple Zero Victoria seeks a Senior System Engineer to lead ICT infrastructure supporting TZV's 24/7 emergency communications. You will oversee on-premises and hybrid-cloud environments, providing hands-on leadership, architecture guidance, and incident resolution.
You will mentor engineers, drive security and availability improvements, and maintain critical documentation and processes to ensure service delivery across TZV's mission-critical systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years hands-on infrastructure engineering in large organisations.
- Current Microsoft certification (e.g. M365 Admin Expert or Azure Administrator) or equivalent.
- Experience with 24/7 ICT environments, hybrid-cloud and Data Centre.
- Experience with M365, VMware, storage, servers, backup and recovery, Citrix.
- Experience with monitoring, security tooling, automation and PowerShell.
- Strong communication and documentation, mentoring capability.
Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor and maintain secure, highly available ICT infrastructure.
- Support design, build and implementation of infrastructure solutions across hybrid-cloud and Data Centre.
- Develop and implement asset lifecycle and maintenance plans.
- Lead analysis and troubleshooting of complex technical issues.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational processes.
