Job summary

Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) is seeking a senior infrastructure engineer to manage, monitor and maintain secure ICT infrastructure for critical emergency services. The role covers hybrid-cloud and data centre environments, working with architects and technical teams to ensure high availability and security.

The successful candidate will bring at least five years in infrastructure engineering, MS 365/Azure/VMware/Citrix expertise, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary IT qualification or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience in 24/7 ICT environments within a large organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, VMware, Citrix, and storage/recovery tooling.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor and maintain secure, highly available ICT infrastructure.
• Support design, build and implementation across hybrid-cloud and Data Centre environments.
• Develop and implement asset lifecycle and maintenance plans for infrastructure.
• Lead analysis and troubleshooting of complex technical issues; improve system reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational processes.
