Job summary

Triple Zero Victoria seeks a Project Manager, ICT Programs, to lead end-to-end management of assigned ICT projects within the ECIS team. You will deliver projects within TZV’s PM framework, ensuring scope, budget, timeline and quality are met across multiple sites.

The role requires a tertiary PM qualification and 5 years in medium to large technology projects, with strong stakeholder engagement and coordination across internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5 years project management experience on medium to large technology projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple sites and vendors

Responsibilities

• Develop key project artefacts in accordance with TZV’s Project Management Framework, including Business Cases, Project Management Plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and project controls (risk, issue, variation, and lessons learned logs)
• Establish and manage project governance structures, such as Project Control Boards and Working Groups, in alignment with framework guidelines
• Oversee requirements gathering, business impact assessments, and current-state mapping delivered by Business Analysts
• Lead the development of Change and Communication Plans to ensure internal and external stakeholders remain fully informed on project progress
• Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external vendors to collaboratively deliver all project activities and fulfill project objectives
