UGL Pty Limited is seeking a Senior HSE Advisor for a major renewable energy project in Queensland, operating in a FIFO/DIDO environment. You will work on-site with supervisors and crews, driving safety improvements, investigations and risk management across the project scope.

The role emphasizes practical safety leadership, collaboration with the HSE Manager, and continuous improvement across a complex construction site with a focus on incident prevention and culture-building.

Formación

• Experience as a Senior HSE Advisor in renewable energy projects.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to positively influence people at all levels.
• Experience leading investigations, managing risk and driving safety improvement initiatives.
• A practical, down-to-earth approach to safety and a genuine passion for supporting people in the field.
• Comfortable working in a site-based FIFO/DIDO environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical safety support and guidance across all site activities.
• Partner with supervisors, contractors and project leaders to manage risk and improve safety performance.
• Coach and mentor frontline teams to strengthen safety culture and accountability.
• Lead investigations, inspections, audits and risk reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support compliance with project, client and legislative requirements while driving continuous improvement across the site.
