UGL is recruiting a Senior HSE Advisor for a site-based FIFO/DIDO renewables project in Australia. You will partner with supervision and operations to keep safety front of mind, build relationships and drive risk reduction on site.

You will lead investigations, audits and safety initiatives, while supporting continuous improvement and compliance with client and legislative requirements across the project. This is a permanent role with strong career prospects.

Formación

• Experience as a Senior HSE Advisor on renewable energy or major projects.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and drive safety improvements.
• Demonstrated capability to lead investigations and risk reviews.
• Relevant WHS qualifications and hands-on field approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide practical safety support and guidance across all site activities.
• Partner with supervisors and project leaders to manage risk and improve safety performance.
• Coach frontline teams to strengthen safety culture and accountability.
• Lead investigations, inspections, audits and risk reviews for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with project, client and legislative requirements.
