UGL is seeking a Senior HSE Advisor for a major renewable energy project in Victoria. This hands-on, site-based role requires partnering with project leaders and frontline teams to build a strong safety culture, manage risk and support safe delivery of a large BESS project.

You will lead investigations, audits, safety initiatives and continuous improvement across civil, electrical, HV and commissioning works while mentoring HSE team members and shaping site safety culture.

Qualifications

• Senior HSE Advisor experience on renewable energy projects.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence people at all levels.
• Experience leading investigations, managing risk and driving safety improvements.

Responsabilités

• Support project leaders, supervisors and crews to manage risk and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Coach and mentor HSE Advisors and operational teams across construction activities.
• Lead investigations, risk reviews, audits and site inspections to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build positive relationships across the workforce and drive engagement in safety initiatives.
• Provide practical advice to ensure compliance with project, client and legislative requirements.
