Silverchain is seeking a Solution Architect to lead end-to-end HR and payroll architecture, consolidating SAP SuccessFactors with Salesforce, Micropay and PayGlobal migrations. You will design the target state, integration, data migration and governance for a large, multi-state health and aged care workforce.

This fixed-term 12-month role is hybrid and based in SA, WA, VIC, QLD or NSW. You’ll work with P&C, Payroll, Finance and vendors to deliver secure, compliant, scalable solutions, including

Competenze

• Bachelor-level IT/HR domain knowledge or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect on HR/HCM/payroll implementations in large organisations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) and data model.
• Experience designing payroll integrations and migrations for Australian payroll requirements.
• Experience in data migration architecture, mapping, cleansing and cutover.

Mansioni

• Own and maintain detailed target-state HR/payroll architecture within enterprise direction.
• Lead current-state assessment of HR/payroll systems and migrations for consolidation.
• Develop architecture roadmap from current to future state and decommission legacy platforms.
• Define integration architecture between SAP SuccessFactors, PayGlobal, Finance, IAM and rostering systems.
• Lead HR/payroll design reviews and delivery assurance with governance forums.
• Embed security/privacy by design and Zero Trust posture across systems.
