Job summary

Water Corporation is seeking a people-focused leader to head the ERP HR function within our HR technology ecosystem. You will guide the delivery and ongoing improvement of HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors and payroll tech, while aligning with business needs and governance.

Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management are essential. You will shape the ERP HR roadmap, balance competing priorities, and foster high performance in a large, complex environment.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading ERP, HR tech, or enterprise platforms in a large organisation.
Strong stakeholder engagement, vendor management and commercial skills.
Experience with HR technology ecosystems, ideally SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

Lead the ERP HR function through major changes and modernisation of HR systems.
Direct delivery, operation and continuous improvement of HR tech services.
Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams to shape the HR roadmap.
Balance priorities to deliver meaningful business outcomes.
