Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an experienced IT HR Business Partner to lead workforce and organisation design for a SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will work with senior leaders, People & Culture, Change, technology and program teams to translate complex business and technology changes into practical workforce solutions.

This 18‑month full‑time fixed term role is based at our Milwaukee Head office in Notting Hill, with a hybrid working model to support flexibility.

Qualifications

Senior HRBP experience in a complex transformation.
Experience supporting a major technology or enterprise system implementation.
Strong organisation design and workforce transition experience.
Sound knowledge of Australian employment and employee relations requirements.
Confidence working with senior stakeholders through change.
SAP S/4HANA experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Lead workforce and organisation design for the SAP transformation.
Assess role impacts and develop practical workforce transition plans.
Lead consultation, employee relations and workforce risk activities.
Support selection, appointments, redeployment and reskilling.
Identify critical SAP capability and future resourcing requirements.
Partner with Change and business leaders through implementation, go-live and stabilisation.
