Job summary

Milwaukee Tools in Melbourne seeks an experienced IT HR Business Partner to drive the SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will work with senior leaders, People & Culture, Change, technology and program teams to translate complex business and tech changes into practical workforce solutions.

This hands-on role focuses on workforce design, transition planning, employee relations, redeployment and reskilling through go-live and stabilisation.

Qualifications

• Senior HRBP experience in complex transformation.
• Experience supporting a technology/enterprise system implementation.
• Strong organisation design and workforce transition experience.
• Solid knowledge of Australian employment and ER requirements.
• Confident with senior stakeholders and change.
• SAP S/4HANA experience is highly regarded.

• Lead workforce and organisation design for the SAP transformation.
• Assess role impacts and develop transition plans.
• Lead consultation, employee relations and workforce risk activities.
• Support selection, redeployment and reskilling.
• Identify critical SAP capability and future resourcing needs.
