Job summary

Maintain Technology in Sydney seeks an experienced Senior SAP Program Manager to lead a major S/4HANA transformation for a large Australian organisation. You will steer governance, mobilisation and delivery across business, technology, vendors and SI partners, ensuring a smooth go-live and transition to BAU.

You will be a hands-on yet strategic delivery leader, comfortable with executive communication and managing complex dependencies to deliver business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experienced Program Manager with a track record delivering ERP/SAP transformations.
• Strong leadership across business, technology, vendors and SI partners.
• Proven migration, integration, testing and cutover experience.
• Excellent executive stakeholder management.
• Able to mobilise teams and drive delivery to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Establish governance, reporting and delivery cadence.
• Drive program mobilisation, planning and execution.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, delivery teams and external partners.
• Manage system integrators and third-party vendors.
• Lead senior stakeholder and steering committee engagement.
• Drive migration, testing, cutover and go-live planning.
• Ensure business readiness and transition to BAU.
• Provide clear executive-level reporting on progress, risks and delivery outcomes.
• Identify delivery blockers and proactively drive resolution.
• Ensure the program remains aligned to business outcomes and transformation objectives.
