Job summary

Milwaukee Tools ANZ is seeking an experienced IT HR Business Partner to lead workforce and organisation design for a major SAP S/4HANA transformation in Melbourne. This hands-on role partners with senior leaders across People & Culture, Change, technology and programme teams to translate complex business changes into practical workforce solutions.

The 18-month full-time fixed-term position is based at our Milwaukee Head office in Notting Hill.

Qualifications

Senior HR Business Partnering experience within a complex transformation.
Experience supporting a major technology or enterprise system implementation.
Strong organisation design and workforce transition experience.
Sound knowledge of Australian employment and employee relations requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead workforce and organisation design for the SAP transformation.
Assess role impacts and develop practical workforce transition plans.
Lead consultation, employee relations and workforce risk activities.
Support selection, appointments, redeployment and reskilling.
Identify critical SAP capability and future resourcing requirements.
Partner with Change and business leaders through implementation, go-live and stabilisation.
