• Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities.
• Review and improve HR policies, procedures and compliance frameworks.
• Coach leaders to build capability and drive high-performance teams.
• Maintain HR reporting and workforce data.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
