Job summary

Webuild S.p.A. in Australia seeks a Senior HR Advisor to join the Brisbane team. The role reports to the HR Manager – Corporate East Coast & NZ and partners with leaders to deliver comprehensive HR support across employee relations, workforce planning, performance, and development.

You will influence at all levels and align people strategies with business priorities. You will work with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely, fair outcomes while driving cultural change and capability

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR with 5+ years in business partnering
• Experience on site in construction, engineering or mining environments
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive culture change and provide agile, solutions-focused support

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to develop and implement people solutions
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and drive governance for timely outcomes
• Advise Project Managers, Line Managers and staff on HR policies and complex employee relations
• Draft HR correspondence such as contracts, policies, and change of conditions
• Perform HR reporting and analyse people metrics to inform decisions
• Implement HR initiatives and coach leaders on people management
