Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking an experienced HR Manager VIC to partner with senior leaders across multiple sites and drive the people strategy that enables growth, stability, and operational excellence.

Reporting to the General Manager People, you will shape workforce strategy, lead change initiatives, and drive a high‑performance culture across a geographically dispersed operation. This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on leadership across urban locations in Victoria.

Qualifications

• Significant Senior HR Business Partnering experience within complex environments.
• Proven success partnering with GMs and executives to deliver outcomes through people strategies.
• Experience leading organisational change, workforce transitions and transformations.
• Deep understanding of employee and industrial relations frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with operational priorities.
• Lead workforce planning, organisational design and talent initiatives across multiple sites.
• Provide strategic advice on leadership, culture and performance.
• Drive outcomes through employee mobilisations and continuous improvement.
• Manage complex employee and industrial relations matters while mitigating risk.
• Use data and market insights to inform planning and decisions.
