Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR advisory or business partnering, ideally within manufacturing, agriculture, or a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
• Confidence in supporting leaders with HR policies, workforce planning, and talent development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset and commitment to driving positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide generalist HR support across employee relations, performance management, and policy guidance.
• Partner with leaders to drive engagement, learning, and development initiatives across sites.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Assist with workforce planning and talent pipeline initiatives to support business growth.
• Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and company policies.
• Lead HR reporting and data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to culture and wellbeing initiatives that foster a positive, values-driven environment.
