Job summary

Quinn Allan in Melbourne seeks a senior People & Culture leader to drive enterprise-wide HR frameworks, governance standards and workforce strategies. You will report to the CEO, influence senior leaders, and guide change projects including restructures and cultural initiatives.

You will lead and mentor a small HR Business Partner team with commercial acumen, IR/ER, and WHS knowledge. The role manages budgeting/planning and supports sites across Victoria, NSW and Qld in a growing business that

Qualifications

• Post-tertiary qualification with tenured experience as a P&C generalist and leader.
• Strong strategic and operational HR expertise across workforce initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence executive leaders and deliver projects to timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide People & Culture frameworks and governance standards.
• Advise senior leaders on all HR matters and lead change projects.
• Lead a small team of HR Business Partners and manage budgeting and planning.
• Apply knowledge of IR/ER obligations and WHS across the organisation.
