Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead corporate and project operations from a Melbourne office base. You will partner with executives and project leaders to align people strategy with delivery across Victorian infrastructure projects.

This senior HR role guides workforce planning, governance, remuneration benchmarking, and learning initiatives while ensuring compliance with Australian employment law and modern awards.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in HR, industrial relations, business or related field.
• Minimum eight years HR experience, including senior HRBP/HR Manager in construction/engineering/infrastructure.
• Strong Australian employment law, modern award and workplace compliance knowledge.
• Experience in bid resourcing, workforce planning and project mobilisation/demobilisation.
• Ability to coach and influence executives and project directors.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercially informed HR advice across corporate teams and project operations.
• Lead workforce planning, organisation design, mobilisation and resourcing inputs to tenders.
• Manage complex employee and industrial relations, award compliance and policy matters.
• Act as the senior HR contact for Victorian delivery teams and regional sites.
• Guide performance cycles, succession, talent development and remuneration benchmarking.
• Deliver learning initiatives and inclusive people practices.
