Job summary

Fluor Corporation in Adelaide is seeking an experienced HR IR Manager to lead the HR and Industrial Relations function on a major project. You will partner with project leadership to drive workforce performance and ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and industrial frameworks.

Reporting to the Project Leadership Team, you will develop and execute people strategies, oversee staffing, employee relations, and risk management, and build a high-performing HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR, IR, Business, Law or related discipline.
• 16 years of HR or IR experience, preferably in major projects.
• Experience managing industrial relations in unionized environments.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and Fair Work requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR and Industrial Relations for a Mega Project, governance and operational leadership across all people-related activities.
• Act as Sr. HR Leader to the Project Director and Leadership team.
• Develop and execute the project HR strategy including workforce planning, talent management and engagement.
• Lead workforce mobilization and staffing activities.
• Provide leadership for Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, including labour relations planning and risk management.
• Oversee consistency of HR policy application and collaborate with HR partners and project services.
