Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders across a large construction programme. You will shape workforce capability, culture and performance, delivering strategic HR advice for both salaried and hourly employees.

The role drives workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, succession and performance initiatives while supporting employee relations, remuneration reviews and benchmarking.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior HR business-partner or people-advisory experience.
• Strong understanding of Australian employment requirements, industrial relations and enterprise agreements.
• Experience supporting substantial construction, engineering, infrastructure or operational workforces.
• Ability to influence and constructively challenge senior leaders.
• Commercial judgement, pragmatic problem-solving and effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities
