Job summary

Keegan Adams Recruitment is seeking an HR Project Lead to drive an industrial relations and compliance program across the Australian business. You will translate complex employment obligations into practical processes and coordinate delivery from planning through to completion, partnering with People, Payroll, Legal and Finance.

Qualifications

• Extensive practical experience in Australian industrial relations or employment law.
• Leading a modern award compliance, payroll remediation or similar project to implementation.
• Deep knowledge of modern awards, entitlements and annualised wage arrangements.
• Strong project management skills with ability to translate requirements into delivery plans.
• Experience analysing employee, payroll, timekeeping and contractual data.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across priorities.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Clerks – Private Sector Award and Professional Employees Award preferred.
• Organised, pragmatic and resourceful with proactive issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, dependencies and a detailed delivery plan.
• Lead assessment of modern award coverage and related obligations.
• Translate technical requirements into payroll, timekeeping and operational processes.
• Coordinate data analysis, methodology development, testing and validation with technical specialists.
• Manage stakeholders, advisers, risks, governance and reporting with clear documentation.
• Embed sustainable compliance through documented controls and ongoing monitoring.
