Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to lead a standalone WA HR function, partnering with business leaders and driving end-to-end HR operations during a period of growth and transformation.

You will own the full employee lifecycle, manage ER matters, recruitment, payroll coordination with external providers, policy implementation and HRIS processes while supporting leaders across the business in a commercially focused manner.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' HR Generalist experience
• Strong end-to-end HR operations capability
• Experience managing ER matters and investigations
• Sound knowledge of Fair Work legislation and Award interpretation
• HRIS systems experience
• Exposure to payroll processes or payroll coordination
• Autonomous and able to support leaders cross-functionally
