Environment Protection Authority in NSW seeks two ongoing Principal HR Business Partner roles to provide strategic HR partnering, advise senior leaders and drive workforce capability within the People Culture & Capability branch.

The role collaborates with senior executives, managers and HR specialists to strengthen workforce performance, support organisational change and promote ethical people management practices.

Formación

• Extensive knowledge of HR management and related legislation.
• Experience delivering client-focused HR strategies.
• Experience using HRMIS and reporting workforce data.
• Experience with performance management, investigations, and conduct issues.
• Tertiary qualification in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic HR business partnering advice on complex matters.
• Collaborate with executives and managers to support change and capability.
• Strengthen workforce performance and ethical people management.
• Support workforce planning and organisational design with data.
