Job summary

Ashdown People is partnering with a NSW Government organisation to recruit a Senior People Partner for a NSW Government contract in Sydney CBD. You will work with senior leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR outcomes and influence workforce initiatives.

In this role you will provide expert HR advice across employee relations, support recruitment, workforce planning and organisational design, and manage complex casework.

Qualifications

• Senior HR Business Partner or People Partner with relevant experience.
• Strong ER/IR and case management capability.
• Experience advising senior leaders in complex environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
