Job summary

The Next Step Recruitment is partnering with a large not-for-profit organisation in New South Wales to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. Reporting to the Manager, People & Culture, you will act as a trusted advisor across a geographically dispersed client group.

You will deliver practical solutions on investigations, grievances, performance management and organisational change while supporting leaders through ongoing transformation initiatives and a redesigned HR operating model.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Business Partner with employee relations expertise.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders across NSW to provide coaching on investigations, grievances, performance management and workplace change.
• Balance risk, accountability and empathy while delivering practical HR solutions.
• Contribute to HR transformation projects following major systems changes.
