Job summary

• Trade Industry Qualification or Commercial Cookery qualification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the preparation and production of all hot or cold food for the food and beverage outlet.
• Assist the Head Chef to ensure quality, consistency and production across areas of responsibility.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.
• Plan and manage food quantities and plating requirements; ensure proper portions and garnishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the section; deliver service excellence to guests.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented to exceed guest expectations; assist during service periods.
