Oaks Port Douglas Resort is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily service across breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will mentor a small team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and uphold brand standards in a busy resort setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Food & Beverage Manager.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, or mentor a hospitality team.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support F&B team to deliver high-quality service.
• Assist with guest orders and accommodate preferences.
• Oversee serving of food and beverages to maintain standards.
• Coach team members and provide training.
• Assist rostering and shift coordination.
• Ensure RSA, hygiene, and safety standards are met.
• Support management with stock reporting and service improvements.
