You will cultivate relationships, build a strong referral network, and guide customers from initial conversation through settlement with a focus on responsible lending and excellent service.

You’ll leverage the bank’s brand, technology, and specialist partners to deliver great lending outcomes, while working closely with branch colleagues and customers

• Established home lending experience with a track record of results.
• Ability to build and convert a self-generated lending pipeline.
• Strong business development and relationship-building capability.
