CommBank is seeking a Home Lending Executive in Bendigo to guide customers from first home through refinancing and complex lending needs. You will blend lending expertise with business development, building your presence in the Bendigo branch and local community while creating a consistent pipeline of opportunities.

You’ll work with a strong CommBank team, leveraging brand, technology, and partnerships to deliver great lending outcomes.

Qualifications

Must have established home lending experience and a track record of delivering results.
Strong business development and relationship-building capability across local markets.
Solid understanding of credit policy, responsible lending obligations and lending processes.

Responsabilités

Build and convert a self-generated home lending pipeline through proactive business development.
Grow your network and develop referral relationships across the Bendigo community.
Lead high‑quality, needs‑based lending conversations including more complex scenarios.
Take ownership of customer outcomes and guide customers through each stage of their lending journey.
Manage lending applications end‑to‑end with strong ownership and pace.
Develop and maintain internal and external referral relationships.
Partner closely with branch colleagues and specialist teams to deliver seamless outcomes.
