Job summary

HubSpot is seeking a Senior Partner Development Manager, Growth (PDM) to onboard and activate a large set of partners in the ANZ market, helping them grow within HubSpot's partner ecosystem and reach Platinum status.

You will own a book of business, typically 40–80 partners, drive sourced MRR through onboarding and co-selling, coach partners on GTM, packaging and pricing services, and collaborate with internal teams to accelerate partner success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a partner sales role managing own book of partners
• Experience with technology platforms and SaaS go-to-market models
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to drive growth targets with partner ecosystem
• Autonomous and able to navigate a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer-centric mindset and collaboration across teams

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business of 40–80 HubSpot Solutions Partners in the ANZ region
• Drive partner sales and sourced MRR through onboarding and co-selling
• Coach partners on GTM strategy, packaging and pricing services
• Analyze partner data to identify growth opportunities and ROI
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and drive renewals
• Promote diversity, inclusion and belonging within partner engagements
